[Seattle Luthiers Group Notice] Co-op meeting @ Cat's

Well all,

We had a previous meeting at Cat's guided by Diane Hogland. Although 
turnout was low, the outcome was
good. At this point it seems everyone is a bit risk wary. Mostly 
financial. This led to some conversation and
the decision that the best and least risky approach would be to 
concentrate our efforts on a buyers co-op and
see if that develops a greater interest in pursuing a larger vision 
later.

Basically we would try to group together our limited finances, to make 
large purchases of materials. In this way
risks are cut down to a minimum and we all take a baby step towards a 
deeper involvement.

Anyone interested in having input on further developing this idea, is 
welcome to join us at Cat Fox's house
Sunday night 7pm. I don't know if Diane will be available, but if she 
is it's bound to be an interesting meeting.
